Yes. Every Cozie has overheat and overload protection, plus an auto shut-off you set yourself (1, 2, 4, 6, 9 or 12 hours). CE and FCC certified electronics. Plenty of customers nod off in it nightly.

Yes. Disconnect the cord at the plug-and-play connector and the whole Cozie goes in the wash. Cold cycle, mild detergent, no fabric softener (it dulls the sherpa), hang or tumble dry on low.

Very little — roughly 1 cent per hour on a medium setting. Most owners report saving $200+ a winter by turning the ducted/central heating down and letting the Cozie do the work.

The Cozie is intentionally oversized — one size fits chest 32" to 58" and heights 5'0" to 6'4". If you're outside that range, drop us a message before ordering and we'll be honest about whether it'll work.

Right now we only ship within Australia. We use AU plug standards and our warranty/returns are Australia-based, so we'd rather get that right than ship globally and let people down.

Every Cozie comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and electronics. Email us at hello@cozie.au with your order number and a photo or video and we'll sort a replacement or refund.

Approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the date you order. We'll email you at every stage so you always know where your Cozie is in the production process.

The pre-order price is locked in until the first batch ships. After that, the price increases permanently for all future orders. Reserving now locks in the lowest price the Cozie will ever be sold at.

Yes — any time before your order ships, just email us and we'll refund in full. Once it ships, the 30-day comfort guarantee kicks in.
